Bloating baggage
Three months ago I was 130 lbs. To many of you, that does not seem like much, however I am a tiny/ narrow person. This weight on me made me look like I was pregnant. Not nine months pregnant mind you, but about half way through.
In addition to the weight I carried in my stomach, my face was ALWAYS bloated. I tried going to the gym and working out and going on a diet but literally nothing was working, I kept GAINING weight. It was the worst thing ever. Before I wrote this article I wanted to make sure I was giving the right advice. I tried everything to make sure it wasn’t a fluke. I isolated only drinking green tea but I got more bloated and didn’t lose weight. I worked out every other day after my diet and GAINED 4 lbs… but my cellulite is gone and my thighs can now crack walnuts so I guess that’s a benefit…. Even though it takes a few prayers and wiggles to get in my jeans again. Whamp whamp. After trial and error, I wanted to find out why my face was so bloated my entire life. I found out it was because I was ingesting so much sodium and beer (yeast) that my face would retain water and keep me looking like Jiggly Puff. So I started drinking more water and my face thinned out. Turns out I have cheek bones! Go figure. But yeah overall, dieting alone will help you lose the weight without the gym. If you want to put it together with working out you will tighten/firm up, but if you do A LOT of the gym, you’re going to start bulking up whether you want to or not. |
My 5 Fat Blast Rules:
1. Cup of black green tea and water before lunch and dinner. 2. Drink a lot of water throughout the day. 3. Beer only once a week. 4. No bread after 6. 5. Always be wary of frozen and processed things (Salt is a huge preservative so if it doesn’t go bad for a while, chances are it’s loaded with it). |
